Departmental Social Media Presence: X (Formerly Twitter)

The Municipality previously maintained an account on a platform formerly known as Twitter and now known as X. The account exists. The account has not posted recently. Whether this is intentional, technical, or philosophical has been the subject of internal discussion.

The Communications Working Group continues to evaluate whether the platform aligns with the Municipality's stated values, the Municipality's actual values, and the budget that has been set aside for social media engagement, which is currently $0.

For information that the Municipality wishes to communicate, please refer to the printed agenda, the verbal announcement at the start of the next public meeting, or word of mouth.
