Departmental Social Media Presence: Facebook

The Municipality of Mt. Juliet does not currently maintain an active presence on Facebook. A page exists. The page is monitored on an "as available" basis by a member of staff who is also responsible for several other duties.

The decision to operate (or not operate) on Facebook is reviewed annually by the Communications Working Group, which meets when scheduling permits. The current posture is best described as "present in spirit, absent in posts."

If you are seeking real-time updates from the Municipality, please consult the Officious Alerts & Advisories page, the laminated notice at the Community Center, or Gerald, who rides through affected neighborhoods on horseback for the most pressing matters.
